THEY'RE all moegoes for embezzling R28,7m of taxpayers' money.
Picture taken from www.kzntopbusiness.co.zaMind you, this is only in KwaZulu-Natal, where more than 520 government employees and suppliers were convicted of fraud and theft of state resources over the past year.
If the picture is so bleak in one province, moi shudders to think about the levels of corruption nationally.
Let those scam artists rot in jail!
