OUTSPOKEN academic Mamphela Ramphele once again didn't mince her words when warning the government about the dangers of cadre deployment in key positions of power.

Speaking on Talk Radio 702, the former MD of the World Bank said South Africans should have the final say with regards to which leaders should represent them in government and in political parties.
Last month the French government bestowed on Ramphele their highest award, the medal of Officer in the order of the Legion of Honour.

Its of no use for people like Mamphela to keeo arguing policies, processes, systems, etc. Why dont they start community projects, leadership institutes( like Tbos did), etc and show us how things are done. If you really know something, demosntrate it, then u will earn respect.balox
