MOEGOE former deputy minister of economic development Enoch Godongwana allegedly lied to an insolvency inquiry when he failed to disclose he had received money from Richard Kawie, who's been charged with fraud over the misappropriation of cash from the clothing factory workers' pension fund.
R100m in pension fund money was invested in Canyon Springs, a company 50% owned by Godongwana and his wife.
