This is one of the reason.that nationalisation of institutions and other componies in South Africa will be suicidal and dissaster. It is just like a new 'Gold rush'for state institutions, tenders you name it,on the expence of poor.Everything seems to be aimed at quenching political thirst, and serving the minority.Affirmative action was the base of rotten initiatives because it was based on complemanting members of the ruling party. If South African government appoints the qualified personality regardless of their political affiliation we would not been having this mess, and.people are still forced to pay tv licences for low grade programmes infested channels, arising from internal SABC squabbles and appointments of unqualified executives.
