THE ANC Youth League (ANCYL) says party president Jacob Zuma has vindicated their long-held view that the charges levelled against its leadership are part of a political conspiracy against it.

Picture by Kevin SutherlandRonald Lamola, the deputy president of the youth league, said on Friday night that they were considering withdrawing Julius Malema's appeal against his sentence after comments by Zuma that the league should soon prepare to elect a new leader.
Lamola was speaking in the wake of ANCYL statement in which the league said it "is terrified and totally shocked by utterances of . Zuma".
This also sparked an angry response from the ANC in which the party said it "is disgusted by the false and inaccurate response of ANCYL" to Zuma's interview on the issue of Malema's disciplinary process.
The national disciplinary committee of the ANC has expelled Malema for bringing the party into disrepute and sowing divisions within it but the youth leader has filed an appeal against the sentence.

Eish, at times i dont blame the whites when they say "blacks dont think further than their noses" hahaha... When JZ is under pressure (being interviewed live that is) he just spills the beans, just like that!!! I have a baby on the way with my girlfriend and we are going to name the baby Musa whether it is a girl or a boy. I hope he/she does not emotionally debate issues like you. No matter how hard you try to hide it your emotional intelligence is very low and are contradicting what you say by what you do. Musa stop calling other people stupid because they hold a different or unpopular views from yourself. This is a democratic country and we are allowed to criticise anyone. From the disciplinary process we hear that on the issue of Botswana Malema was shown a SADC document and the Freedon Charter and not an ANC policy document. SADC is between goverments and not parties, Freedom Charter was fascilated by the ANC but it is a document of the aspirations of all South Africans, it is not an ANC document. Comparing Presidents is like you preferring Checkers over Pick n Pay, it is like liking JZ instead of Thabo Mbeki so we do not understand why this fuss. Seeing ukuthi you are a Mtungwa and highly a Zulu man, i am a zulu myself and we are not attacking Zuluness by criticing JZ. I for one believe that he should just go as he is not healthy, we seem to glorifying and protecting him rather than the ANC brand.
