Noted as one of the memorable red carpet moments recorded at the Oscars 2012, dressed as Admiral General Aladeen from his upcoming movie 'The Dictator', Sacha Baron Cohen carefully or carelessly orchestrated the spill of the supposed cremated ashes of Kim Jong-il all over the front of E Entertainment Ryan Seacrest's clothing.
