Making brand rags all the rage
MZANSI actors Nthabi Mphahlele and Nolo Phiri have something to celebrate.

And this has nothing to do with their acting careers. The Muvhango and Rhythm City actors have been selected as the faces of shoe and clothing brand Rage.
Speaking at the do in Sandton where the announcement was made, Mphahlele couldn't conceal her excitement.
"I can't believe they chose me. I initially thought it was a prank call," she said.
The two, who are on a six month contract, will model the Be The Dream winter range of boots, knit dresses, metallic knits and 60s inspired drop waists.
"We'll visit the various Rage stores in regard to launches and campaigns. We'll be very hands-on," says Nolo.
Asked why she believes she was chosen, Phiri says she feels the youth can relate to her.
"I'm not a ramp model and the fact that I'm a 'regular' girl-next-door type makes it easy for people to identify with me," she says.
She adds that working with Nthabi, who's also a close friend, is a thrilling experience.
And, might I add, they're both gaga about shoes!
