Ingredients

3 cups fresh baby lettuce and rocket

½ cup sliced fresh strawberries

¼ cup sliced pecan nuts

Pieces of feta cheese

1 small cucumber, sliced

1tbsp cider vinegar

1tbsp honey

1½tsp sugar

Method

Combine the leaves, strawberries, cheese, cucumber and pecan nuts in a large bowl

Combine the vinegar, honey and sugar in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well

Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.

Serve immediately.
