The Diamond in the Ruff winner is.. Thembakazi Mazaleni
But not everyone is celebrating her victory.
She says after she took the grand prize, "I heard one of the girls call me a bitch who doesn't deserve the prize.
"I know worse things will still be said about me but I'm not going to lose sleep over it. I'm fully prepared.
"Sharing the house with my competitors taught me to keep my guard up at all times. That will come in handy in future."
Fortunately the negative is being overshadowed by the positive because she's already flooded with offers from various designers in Bloemfontein begging to dress her.
And let's not even get started on the attention she's been getting at varsity.
She's curious to see what her reception will be like in her home town in Eastern Cape.
"I'm hoping for a mega celebration, slaughtering of cows, you name it."
So has she seen herself in the show yet?
"You won't believe I had to rely on neighbours to view the show because I don't have DStv at my place," she says.
Thembakazi will start her modelling career in July and hopes to meet up again with Lerato Moloi, her role model whom she describes as humble.
"If I could have a wish granted I'd want to do a shoot with her with a futuristic theme."
