I find it strange that I didn't easily warm up to this album.

Maybe we can blame it on my womanly moody days. But I listened to it again and I'm glad I gave it a second chance.

It's a collection of well produced songs that speak about the grey shades of love.

Kabomo collaborates with MXO, Khuli Chana and Nothende, who gives a heartfelt performance on the track colour of you - which happens to be my favourite song.

Though his voice sounds a bit monotonous, it doesn't take away from the great soulful beats and holistic production the collection is.

Hip-hop and soul fans will appreciate this one.
